Pinwheel Topped Roll Brim Baby Hat

This is a variation of the classic rolled brim hat.
The pinwheel design on top is a cute touch.
Size 4 dpn's
Baby or sport weight yarn
Cast on 60 stitches (20 on 3 different needles).
Knit in the round until hat measures about 5 inches.
Decrease as follows:
1st decrease row: (Knit 8, K 2tog around)* repeat
to end of row
2nd decrease row: Knit 7, K 2tog around)* repeat to end
of row
3rd decrease row: (Knit 6, K 2tog around)* repeat to
end of row
4th decrease row: (Knit 5, K 2tog around)* repeat to
end of row
5th decrease row: (Knit 4, K 2tog around)* repeat to
end of row
6th decrease row: (Knit 3, K 2tog around)* repeat to
end of row
7th decrease row: (Knit 2, K 2tog around)* repeat to
end of row
8th decrease row: (Knit 2tog around)* repeat to end of
row
Break off yarn, leaving approximately a 12" tail.
Draw tail through remaining stitches and fasten off.
