Redistribute stitches

And 15 on needle 2 (these
are the decrease stitches)
Round 11: Knit 12, K2
tog, K1, K2 tog. Knit 12
Round 12: Knit 11, K2
tog, K1, K2 tog, Knit 11
Round 13: Knit 10, K2
tog, K1, K2 tog, Knit 10
Round 14: Knit 9, K2
tog, K1, K2 tog, Knit 9
Round 15: Knit 8, K2
tog, K1, K2 tog, Knit 8
Round 16: Knit 7, K2
tog, K1, K2 tog, Knit 7
Rounds 17 to 22:
Knit the odd rows and
purl the even rows to make garter stitch cuff.
Bind of loosely.
Sew sole seam.
